No. The spring carries most of the door's weight. Without it, the door is dead weight and can drop. Don't lift it by hand or run the opener; call us.

There's no trip fee when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, the diagnostic visit is $59.
What warranty do you give?
Five years on springs we install, one year on labor, and the manufacturer's warranty on openers and doors.
Do you work after hours?
Regular hours are 7 AM to 9 PM, seven days. After that, the same number reaches our on-call tech for emergencies like a door stuck open or a car trapped inside.
